The Two Things That Break UAE Pass

An expired Emirates ID and a changed mobile number are the two failures that lock people out. Both are avoidable, and neither is obvious until the account stops working.

Your Emirates ID expires

A verified UAE Pass account is anchored to a valid Emirates ID. When the card expires, access to the verified functions is restricted, which is precisely when you need the app to renew the card.
