Nadia Al-Rashid
Nadia Al-Rashid is a UAE Regulatory & Compliance Specialist at UAE Experts HUB, where she leads content development on immigration procedures, business licensing, and real estate transactions. Before joining UAE Experts HUB, she spent eight years as a Senior Consultant at a Dubai-based corporate services firm, advising multinational companies and high-net-worth individuals on UAE market entry, visa structuring, and regulatory compliance.
Nadia holds a Master’s degree in International Business Law from the University of Dubai and a Bachelor’s in Legal Studies from the American University of Sharjah. She is a certified PRO (Public Relations Officer) and holds credentials from the Dubai Land Department’s Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) as a licensed broker.
Her career began in government liaison, working directly with GDRFA Dubai, the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE), and various free zone authorities. This hands-on experience gave her deep insight into how UAE bureaucratic processes actually work—knowledge she now translates into practical, accurate guidance for expatriates and investors.
Nadia has contributed expert commentary to Arabian Business, Gulf News, and The National, and has been a speaker at the Dubai Investment Forum and the Annual UAE SME Congress. She served as a subject matter expert for updates to the UAE Government’s official business setup guides and was consulted during the rollout of the unified company registration system.
She is a member of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce’s SME Advisory Council and volunteers as a mentor for first-time entrepreneurs through the Khalifa Fund. When not decoding UAE regulations, she’s likely exploring Dubai’s lesser-known hiking trails or attempting to perfect her Arabic calligraphy.
